Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or replacement.

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempted from Return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products containing intimate or hygienic goods, hazardous substances, flammable liquids or gases.

To complete the return process, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain cases when only partial refunds are granted:

Book with clear usage tags
A CD, DVD, VHS tape, program, video game, cassette tape or vinyl record has been opened.
Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing for reasons that are not due to our fault.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds amounts

Once you have received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or refusal of your refund.

If you are approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain period of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

After that, contact your bank. There is often some time for processing before the recovery is deployed.

Selling materials

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item is marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive credit as a gift for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when you purchased it, or if the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give it to you later, we will refund the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping & returns

To return your product, you must mail the product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you get a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning expensive goods, you can consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
